We strengthened The Arc’s digital presence for I/DD families by redesigning the website with accessible, easy-to-navigate layouts, responsive design, and digestible content.

These improvements enhanced usability and significantly boosted visibility through better search engine optimization. As a result, families were able to find important resources more easily and engage more meaningfully with The Arc’s advocacy work.

The updated design aligned with The Arc’s mission, helping restore trust in the organization and better supporting its goal of raising awareness and promoting inclusivity for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.


After the launch:

  • 3× increase in monthly visitors within the first month

  • 216% growth in organic search traffic

  • 4.6% click-through rate

  • 16% increase in new sign-ups and donor registrations via the site
